How long until I receive my order?
We understand it's no fun to wait; so we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of our personalised gifts, it typically takes about 1-3 business days to produce and send out. Once shipped, we diligently deliver your order within 2-8 business days to addresses within Australia. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your specific location.
Note: During holidays or peak seasons, there may be slight delays in production and shipping, but rest assured, we are doing our best to fulfill your order promptly.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once the purchase has been made, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that your order is ready to ship. Due to our personalised crafting, please give us 1-3 business days to produce your gift.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our market is predominately in Australia and New Zealand. However, we strive to expand our capabilities to eventually spread the love and joy of gifting to you from Luvely Lane overseas! Please stay tuned!
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Luvely Lane does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Change of Address
If you have made us aware that you need to change your address, then you are responsible to update us with your new address. Orders without updated addresses after you have contacted us will not be shipped out until an updated address has been sent to us.
