60 Day Return

The following reasons below are covered by our 60 day FULL COVERAGE Policy (Return postage and replacement fees will be handled by us).

• Product image or text customisation does not match provided text or image.
• You received the wrong order or item(s), arrived in broken state, or is defective.
• Rendering of images or letters is unclear on final product.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED BY OUR POLICY

The following reasons below are NOT covered by our 60 day FULL COVERAGE Policy, we are not responsible for these issues.

• If item(s) exceed the 90 day return policy (from date of delivery).
• Personalised item(s) have non-quality related issue.
• Product is damaged by poor maintenance, mishandling, or misuse.
• Chose the wrong product variation.
• Personal reasons such as change of opinion or personal taste etc.
• Partial returns or exchanges of pieces from a set item is not accepted.
• Item(s) that have been damaged from customer handling such as being worn, washed or soiled.

Return & Exchange Precautions

Please consider the following precautions below before submitting a return & exchange request;

• To initiate a return, please ensure that the items are in new and unworn condition, and kept in their original packaging as received.

• Kindly note that coupon codes are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated after a return has been processed.

• For personalized products, if you wish to cancel or modify your order, or change the personalized content, a customization fee of 30% of the product price will apply. (Please note that even if you contact us immediately after placing the order, the production fee will still be charged as our customized products are produced promptly to ensure timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.)
